A must-see for Van Gogh lovers. The museum also holds an extensive offer of exhibitions on various subjects from 19th-century art history. NOTE: Closed until April 2013 while the museum undergoes renovation; meanwhile, some 75 of the artist's works are on view at the Hermitage Amsterdam.
