Vivelavie (Closed Permanently)

(3 Ratings)
Classic Amsterdam women's bar
A lesbian haven that was opened in 1980 by Mieke Martelhof, who was awarded the Order of Orange Nassau for her work with the lesbian movement. Men are allowed, but only as guests. Located very close to Rembrandtplein. Sadly Vivelavie closed on 1 July 2017, but the website says "We are busy opening a new bar on an other location. As soon as we know more, you will be informed."
