Slickly sleek and expanisve 'straight' cocktail establishment located bang in the middle of Reguliersdwarsstraat, tapping into the local gay riches especially on Saturday nights. Features include three massive aquariums and a smoking area, with a selection of cigars for those inclined. Voted among Europe's top 50 cocktail bars. The red carpet comes out for occasional fashion-minded evenings. Music = neo-R&B, house and pop. Note lower-case name. Opened October 2012 following the demise of Eve, previoulsy Arc. The bar closed in September 2014 following a major fire. Its future is uncertain.
