The natural touch

A "world-welcoming" restaurant started in 2012 by Bulgarians Vasil Karov and Nico Hubenov (now the sole owner) featuring a menu that's described as "loosely Mediterranean, with a sprinkle of Bulgarian signature dishes", prepared using organically grown, sustainably caught, fairly traded ingredients. The quality burgers are a big draw here, as is the tapas-style mezze. Vegan and vegetarian options. Located just west of the Jordaan area.
