Very bad service

I placed an online order with Rob, and have nothing but silence and limited communication from them. They have charged my card and after repeated emails keep telling me the item will ship, but a month later and nothing arrives. No one responds to the Ticket area on their website where they tell you to ask a question about an order. Someone has replied to my many emails directly, but still I have only apologies and no product. RoB is nothing but a crappy business with crappy service. Don't waste your time here. There are many other vendors who appreciate their customers.
