BACKDOOR Amsterdam (at Melkweg)

No ratings yet
Partypartyparty

A mostly male circuit-like party staged four or five times a year, normally two of those at the iconic music and culture venue Melkweg (Milky Way), located near Leidseplein. This is an LGBTQ+ enterprise, but...wink wink...it's predominantly a man-on-man thing, complete with go-go boys, though drag queens and performance artists have their moment too. Features international DJs, with space for about 1,500 party-goers. The event started in 2015 as the Original Backdoor Teadance (at Club Abe in central Amsterdam) but in 2018, in expanded form, became simply 'BACKDOOR'. Linked to the WE Party people for certain events, normally starting at 10pm and winding down by 6am.
