Buzzy and airy French-inspired corner restaurant and bar at a major interesectionin the Jordaan area, just a few minutes' walk west of Amsterdam's central core. Food is reliably well-prepared modern European with a few French classics, and attracts both locals and visitors. Doubles as a bar/café. Opened February 2010. The name translates as 'fuel'.
