A late breakfast/lunch/dinner/drinks establishment which describes itself as "trendy", located in the recycled shipyard area known as NDSM, which from central Amsterdam is across the river IJ and which is...trendy. Opened autumn 2019, Fred's specialises in beautifully designed takes on Asian and classic dishes, and sushi too. ''Avocado', 'crab' and 'burrata' are no strangers to the menu.
