NZ (Sauna Nieuwezijds)
Sleek but still sleazy sauna that opened December 2013, introducing a new style to the scene. Features include a lounge, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, private cabins and smoker's lounge. Plus the obligatory darkroom and cruising areas. Bears have their run of the cave on the last Saturday of the month (from 2pm), with nakeds exposing their wares on Tuesday evenings. Wednesdays accommodate "all gender identities and sexual orientations". And as of 2023, Monday novelties include free massages and melted chocolate. will become the new nr. 1 sauna in AMS ( with a few minor improvements)
brand new, good clean meduim size suana , with an excellent chill out Atmosphere and one of the best steam rooms i have seen. so definately worth A VISIT when im town. unfortunately found a negative points that could be rectified pretty easy, if there is a will ? the major fault i found was the sanity facilities on offer for all you anal lovers. there were six toilet cubicles but no french toilets , no floor drainage in any of the tiolets even though they offer their own anal dusch system that you must buy for 4.5 euros from the bar. so they dont make it too east, therefore think some people will ignore this and the place could get very messy if this is not addressed. they need to improve the dark room area, create a more raunchiness feel, lighting needs attention and more TV sceens in darkroom showing porn. plush bar and lounge area with a good size smoking room. so the race is on, who will be the winner ? let check in a few months time. I have given this a 4 star rating purely because the have not got it totally right 1st time...will review again in 6 month time after another visit.
